He was very concerned with how it fit, performed, and wanted to be sure that it would not cause me any problems later on.I have profound hearing loss and the hearing aids are set to maximum. If the ear molds are loose I get a constant whistling that is very annoying. Having a well fitting ear mold is very important.I am very pleased with the service I received from Dr Kypuros. He took the time to answer all my question and concerns, he explained all the procedures he was doing, and why. I learned things that no other audiologist had explained.I have gone to several Audiologist in 3 different states and my experience with Hector was the best that I have had. He makes you feel comfortable and pays great detail in every aspect in the service he provide.I had to get a new ear mold made, because the one I had was not working as it should be. I described my problem and he checked everything and went over all the details. He explained why my ear mold was giving me problems.When my new ear mold came in Hector checked the fit and moved it all around to be sure the fit was right. He said wear it for a week and see if any problems develop. We will get them remade if you have any issues arise.He said that you cant see if there is going to be any problems with the fit until you have worn them awhile. Now that is good service.Thank you Dr. Kypuros.

Dr. Kypuros is the ONLY Audiologist I trust with my severe hearing loss. I have been a patient for over (8) years. I drive from Houston for fittings, purchases, and testing. Dr. Kypuros is professional, extremely thorough, and willing to find the BEST hearing aid in my budget to help me. No matter the Location, all his offices are staffed, and professional. I have always been seen quickly, and never seem to be rushed during the office visit.
